struggling to talk about sustainability with youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. they have bigger daily problems (money, jobs). polar bears dont mean much to them.

true lars. we changed our angle to environmental justice. we talk about how bad air quality or lack of green parks affects THEIR specific neighborhood and health. makes it very real and personal for them.
